Purpose
The mission of the United Methodist Men as set forth by the General Commission on United Methodist Men (GCUMM) is "To Help Men Grow In Christ, So Others May Know Christ."
Our local United Methodist Men's unit works together to further the missions and ministries of Hickory Grove United Methodist Church through acts of service and through financial support.
Meetings
There are three groups of men that meet based on the worship group.
We have:
- African Men's Group
- Latino Men's Group
- Traditional / Contemporary Men's Group
Meetings are held based on each Men's Group schedule.
Projects
Our unit performs a variety of service projects during the year. Recent projects:
- UMM provided food at Fall Festival
- Trustees work day
Sanctuary Worship 9:00am and 11:00am
Family Worship Center 10:45am and 2:00pm (Espanol)
Gather with us on Sundays to worship and learn about Jesus.
