Please complete the form below indicating which facility you wish to reserve. If you wish to use the Foyer in the Family Worship Center, please select the option to reserve the Foyer along with the other space needed.


If you have audio / visual needs, please complete the appropriate fields to indicate those needs. 

Please read the HGUMC's Facility Use PolicyHGUMC Hold Harmless Agreement, and if it applies HGUMC Funeral Policy and indicate below you have done so.

Kitchen Use


If a kitchen will be used please read the  Kitchen Use Policy and complete how the kitchen will be used. 


If the event should be published as an announcement, please complete the  Announcment Request form if you have not done so.


ALCOHOL IS NOT PERMITTED ON THE CHURCH GROUNDS!!


The Board of Trustees must approve non-church functions whether members or not. Non-member funerals also require Trustee and Sr. Pastor approval.


Fees must be paid and the contract signed in person before the reservation is complete.

Sanctuary Worship 9:00am and 11:00am

Family Worship Center 10:45am and 2:00pm (Espanol)
