Registration Information

Beginning on Monday, September 8 your child can attend before school care, after school care, or both if needed. This program is for children in the Twos – PreK classes and children should be potty trained. You can register during the school registration period online. Fees are due with tuition and will be assessed if you sign up without cancellation, regardless of attendance. There is a maximum number allowed to participate in this program, so signup early. Before and After School care will not operate on days when there is an inclement weather delay or early dismissal. There will also be days (announced before the beginning of the month) when we will not operate due to staff meetings, special programs, etc.


Registration Fee for Before / After School Programs

  Before School—8:30 a.m.—9:00 a.m. $50/month

After School—1:00 p.m.– 2:00 p.m. $90/month

Discounted rate for Both programs $131/month


Tuition Payment Schedule

  1st Payment - due with registration                 6th Payment - due January 1
  2nd Payment - due September 1                    7th Payment - due February 1
  3rd Payment - due October 1                        8th Payment - due March 1            4th Payment - due November 1                      9th Payment - due April 1
  5th Payment - due December 1

HGUMC Preschool Before / After School Care - 2025 - 2026 School Year

To sign up, the following must be completed and payment must be made - just like tuition, payment is due one month in advance. A limited number of spaces are available to those who sign up first.

I agree to have my child at school at 8:30a.m. for Before School Care and picked up no later than 2:00p.m. for After School Care. I understand that late arrivals/pickup may result in being suspended from this program after being notified. Late Arrivals – no one will be allowed to enter after 8:35a.m. Late Pickups - Fees are $3/minute beginning at 2:01p.m. I agree to pay for the care with my monthly tuition.

Sanctuary Worship 9:00am and 11:00am
